Discovery call
$0We check the fit: the process, its owner and the tools involved. You leave with a clear next step.
No audit or architecture on this call.
I'm Yaroslav Lehenchuk. I help business owners and marketing leaders decide which work goes to AI agents and how to check what the agents deliver. My own businesses already run this way: seven agents carry the routine in 50+ processes, and the decisions stay with me.

I design how a business runs when part of the team is AI agents.
Work
Every engagement starts from one process: what happens today, who owns it and where it gets stuck. Then you choose how deep we go.
We check the fit: the process, its owner and the tools involved. You leave with a clear next step.
No audit or architecture on this call.
One process mapped end to end: the bottleneck, which part goes to an agent, to automation or to a person, the access involved and the test the pilot has to pass.
Development and integrations are outside the session.
Diagnosis of an agreed set of processes: pilot priority, data requirements, an architecture sketch and an implementation plan with a separate estimate for technical delivery.
Credited to the first month if you sign a 3-month retainer.
Up to 40 hours of my time a month on priorities, architecture, pilot reviews and coordinating the rollout.
Technical delivery is scoped and billed separately.
Repeating work is spread across tools, and it's unclear which process to change first and who answers for the result. I show how a process runs at O-CMO, from input to human check, and we apply the same logic to yours.
Research, content, CRM or reporting should run through agents, and separate prompts don't add up to a managed process. We build one workflow with a clear output, fact checks and approval, and agree what stays your responsibility.
Works best with one concrete task, a process owner who can join the calls and time to review the pilot. I don't take requests for guaranteed revenue or for unlimited development inside a consultation.

The same order I use in my own companies.
One process with an owner, clear inputs and a result you can check. The first pilot is the smallest one that is still useful.
Decide what goes to an agent, what is plain automation and what stays with a person: the angle, taste and approvals.
The agent prepares and a person approves. The agent gets more autonomy only after its work holds up.
Every morning the agent reports what's done, what failed and what it needs from you. Each correction goes into its instructions so the mistake doesn't repeat.
Check
Four lines from the case: who owns the process, what goes in, what should come out and how you'd check the result. Fill them for one process.
Case
I run O-CMO on my own. Seven agents in Slack take the routine of the business: sales, SEO and the website, social media, email, finance, client accounts and infrastructure. Positioning, prices and everything that goes out under my name stay with me.

About
I started in 2012 with my own online stores and a small marketing agency. Then came an e-commerce SaaS, startup trips to Kraków, five years at Django Stars where I went from Head of Marketing to running marketing and sales together, and since 2020 fractional CMO and CRO work with 30+ tech companies.
In 2023 I founded O-CMO, a marketplace of verified fractional CMOs. In 2026 I co-founded Octocrew, which deploys managed AI agent crews into the tools teams already use. Every process I recommend has run in my own companies first.
I live in Lisbon. I write in English on LinkedIn and in Ukrainian on Instagram, Threads and Telegram.
